In the Forbidden City, it is the birthday of the Emperor who is looking for his son. It is Dan Shi's turn to offer his gift - the yellow dragon - but Esteban has stolen it and Dan Shi is arrested for this affront.
Meanwhile, everyone has joined Ambrosius in his nave, in order to free Esteban. Zia stays with Sancho and Pedro to pilot the Great Condor if needed. They join Mei Li in city, where fireworks are being set off.
At the palace, Hang tries to take back the yellow dragon from Esteban, but Yu Chunhe, who has regained consciousness, comes to his aid and has Hang arrested.
The nave is flying over the palace. The prince joins Esteban and Master Yu using a gondola. The guards eventually notice them and fire on the nave with their bows. Tao retaliates and sends smoke bombs, which allows Esteban to board the nave, which quickly moves away.
