Episode 9: The prophecy
As they pass nearby, Little Tiger and Little Dragon hear Esteban and Tao's cries from the brigands' lair and free them before Pichu or Ambrosius' book is burned. They warn them that the Red Scarves are going to attack the temple and return to warn the monks by taking the secret passage leading to the cellar where Sancho and Pedro are. Bao Xingji is unmasked thanks to his mala, lost while he paralyzed the two sailors.
Meanwhile, the battle begins between the monks, Mendoza, and the brigands, but they are quickly overpowered thanks to Shaolin Kung-fu. Bao Xingji flees onto the rooftops, pursued by Tian Li. But it is Esteban who finally arrests him!
Once calm is restored, Tian Li deciphers Ambrosius' book, which speaks of the Great Condor, the children of destiny, the seven cities of gold, the Great Legacy, and the dragon's breath! But curiously, Tian Li refuses to reveal everything to them and seems worried.
It is already time to leave, and the Great Condor takes off to find Ambrosius in Beijing. Tian Li then reveals to the Grand Master that the book mentions a terrible prophecy and a deadly danger threatening the children.
Feeling bound to the children's destiny, Tian Li leaves to join them in Beijing, where the terrible Zares is already there.
