I find the Season 1 theme song used in Taiwan broadcast. It is surely a conversion from old VHS video tape because of the inferior quality:

The title of the song is '飛過藍天' (Fly Across the Blue Sky). I will try to translate the Chinese/Mandarin lyric into English Here:
